Small Dogs

Vermouth changes with the season and the local wine of the day and we love to make small batches for special occasions. Pairing vermouth as an aperitif for a particular menu is also delicious.

    Vanilla Dog

    Created in 2020, Vanilla Dog is a variation of our classic Flower Dog . The vanilla bean is layered over gentian, dandelion root and lemon myrtle before its finished with calendula and lotus flower.

    Jasmine Dog

    Jasmine Time was created for Chinese New Year – the year of the Ox – and combines the digestive bitters with the citrus oils of zest and lemon myrtle and finally the perfume of jasmine and orange blossom.

  • Dog License

    The recipe for Dog License was created when figuring out the licensing requirements for selling small batch vermouth in Queensland – essentially a blend of the old and new. It’s got all the good old stuff plus a real grounding of thyme, laurel, rosemary and sage. The traditional Italian chinotto flavour is spruced up with dried elderberry.
